Bulk-Billing Policy
Bulk billing is only available if you are a
- Healthcare card holder
- Concession card holder
- DVA recipient
- 16 years & under with a valid Medicare card
Cards must be sighted by reception.
*Bulk billing does not apply to weekends and procedures.
Mill Point Medical is a mixed billing practice for all doctors, therefore billing is at the Doctor’s discretion only.
Allied Health services are billed separately to the clinic policies.
Student discount of $30 on general GP appointments available with a valid student card sighted by reception.
Cancellation with less than one business days notice will incur a fee of $40 (short appt) or $50 (long appt).
Please call reception if there is an emergency or if you are unable to attend your appointment prior to your appointment.
Any NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS will result in a fee that will need to be paid before re-booking.
